For the purpose of this document, "use" includes visiting the Website, browsing any information or material which has been made available on the Website ("Content"), submitting responses via the DSS Tool and communicating with us.

The Website provides you with access to the DSS Tool, which, through an online self-guided assessment, allows you to assess your level of digital skills and identify any areas where you may need to upskill to address any gaps in your personal digital divide. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users ("you" / "your" / "User") in relation to your use of the Website and the DSS Tool.

2 ACCEPTABLE USE
2.1 Responsibility for information submitted
You accept sole responsibility for your conduct and any information that you submit, share or exchange on the Website, including for the accuracy of the information submitted.
